2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may modify or discontinue the Website at any time without notice.

3. SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated political text messages from Vote Blue Majority.

  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Consent is not a condition of contribution
  • Text STOP to stop, HELP for help
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • You represent that you are providing your own phone number and will notify us if you are no longer the primary user
  • We may suspend or terminate text programs at any time

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with Website functionality or security
  • Scrape, mine, or extract data without permission
  • Send spam, bulk, or unsolicited communications
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of this section.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Vote Blue Majority and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • The total liability of Vote Blue Majority for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms shall not exceed five dollars ($5)

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
