Vote Blue Majority is an independent expenditure–only political committee (Super PAC).
Paid for by Vote Blue Majority. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may modify or discontinue the Website at any time without notice.

3. SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated political text messages from Vote Blue Majority.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
You represent that you are providing your own phone number and will notify us if you are no longer the primary user
We may suspend or terminate text programs at any time

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with Website functionality or security
Scrape, mine, or extract data without permission
Send spam, bulk, or unsolicited communications
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
